Jesus Christ means "Savior. Matthew 1:21, Passion Translation
" She will give birth to a son and you are to name him "Savior" for he is destined to give his life to save his people from their sins".
Jesus is our best friend, and always with us. He will never disappoint you, or leave you. Friends and family may disappoint, and abandon us, but Jesus promises to never leave you.
Isaiah 41:10 "Fear not, for I am with you, be not dismayed for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand".
When we have feelings of loneliness, or abandonment as God's children; this is only a feeling. The truth is we are never alone.
Pray with me if you would like Jesus to be your Savior, and Redeemer. He is faithful and will never leave you or forsake you.
Heavenly Father,
I admit that I am a sinner and because Jesus died on the cross, I can accept Jesus by faith in my heart. Salvation is a free gift and I thank you for saving me from my sins. I repent of my sins and only the blood of Jesus shed for me can save me. I ask the Holy Spirit to come and live in my heart. I thank you Heavenly Father for salvation.
